Testimonials
"In 1998 we lost our initiative to develop 85 acres in Avon, Ohio. In the Spring of 1999 we engaged Ian James and his team to put us back on the ballot and direct the entire campaign effort. Four months later, the zoning change we needed was overwhelmingly approved by the voters! Our investors and development team couldn't be happier with the results."
-Mr. Mitchell Schneider, President, First Interstate Development Company
"I was very impressed that anyone could come in 45 days before an election, assess the situation, and come up with a strategy quickly. From the very beginning, they told us that we could and would win this difficult zoning challenge. The execution of their strategy was quite impressive. I can see why they have kept their strong win record. These guys are serious about strategy."
-Mr. George Hadler, President, Hadler Realty
